Do you build inside Coosawattee River Resort?
Often, along with Walnut Mountain and the other gated POA communities around Ellijay. Gate access, POA approvals, and quiet-hour rules are familiar ground, and we sequence work so your neighbors stay friendly.
What is underdecking and do you install it here?
Underdecking is a ceiling and gutter system mounted beneath an elevated deck that routes rainwater away and creates a dry, finished space below. Ellijay searches for it more than any city we serve, and yes, we install it, usually alongside a new build or during a restoration. Ask us for an underdecking quote.
Can you restore the deck on an older cabin?
Cabin deck restoration is a weekly event on our schedule. Weathered boards, loose rails, and posts that met the dirt decades ago all have fixes, and when the frame is too far gone we say so. Our deck repair page shows how we decide.
I live out of state. Can you handle my Ellijay cabin project remotely?
