TrexPro® Platinum Deck Installer in North Georgia

What a TrexPro® Platinum Installer Actually Is
Trex doesn’t sell its certification. Contractors earn tiers through documented install volume, factory training, and homeowner satisfaction that Trex audits directly. Platinum is the ceiling of that program, held by roughly the top 1% of Trex contractors in the country. It exists because composite decking is unforgiving of bad installation: wrong joist spacing sags, wrong gapping buckles, wrong fasteners void warranties. Trex puts its strongest endorsement only behind crews it has trained, measured and re-verified.
North Georgia Elite Decks is one of the few Platinum installers serving North Georgia. When you hire us for composite decking, the certification isn’t a badge on a truck. It’s the reason your boards go down to factory spec and your warranty holds for decades.

TrexPro® Platinum Questions, Answered
What is a TrexPro Platinum installer?
It’s the highest tier in Trex’s contractor certification program, held by roughly the top 1% of Trex installers nationwide. Platinum status requires sustained install volume, advanced factory training, homeowner satisfaction that Trex audits directly, and clean business standing, all re-verified on an ongoing basis.
Does hiring a Platinum installer cost more?
No. Our composite pricing is competitive with any qualified deck contractor’s. The difference is what the same dollars buy: factory-spec installation, intact warranty coverage, and a crew Trex itself vouches for. The certification costs you nothing and protects everything.
How do I verify a contractor's TrexPro status?
Use Trex’s official Find a Builder directory at trex.com, which lists every certified contractor and their tier. Search the company name or browse by location. Our published profile is linked on this page, and we’d encourage you to check any contractor’s claimed credentials the same way.
Why does certified installation matter for composite?
Because composite punishes shortcuts differently than wood. Boards expand and contract with temperature, so gapping, joist spacing and fastener choice are engineered values, not judgment calls. Installed wrong, composite sags, buckles or squeaks, and improper installation can void the manufacturer’s warranty entirely.
Do you install brands besides Trex?
Yes. We install TimberTech® and select other composite lines, and we’ll recommend by project rather than by loyalty. Our Platinum certification is with Trex, which is also where most of our composite work lands, but the right board for your deck wins the conversation.
Are you a Trex dealer or an installer?
An installer, which is what you want. Dealers sell boards; TrexPro contractors build decks with them. As a Platinum installer we source your Trex materials at contractor pricing and stand behind the finished deck, boards and workmanship together, under one roof.
